I have known Kaitlyn since she was born and also know the family. I have been friends with Kaitlyn's aunt since high school, more than 40 years ago. I have NEVER known any misdeeds, crimes, or criminal misconduct from Kaitlyn or her family. Her family have been kind and generous to me. The injustice done to Kaitlyn and her family makes me distrust the legal system in this county. It shows that no matter how strongly you try to lead a healthy law-abiding life, the Oneida County law enforcement system will twist the facts to suit their needs. I am sickened by this.
I strongly support the Conley family in freeing their beautiful daughter and hope this NEVER happens to any other innocent person in this or any other area.
